Surojeet is an Electronics Engineer from NIT-Raipur with a MBA (Industrial Management) from NITIE.He currently leading the QA initiative on Oracle Fusion Logistics family at Oracle IDC.

He has around 12 years of experience in ERP consulting, packaged applications Quality Assurance and core Industry verticals like Hi-tech and Energy. He has worked on Manugistics SCM/Transport Solutions and Oracle Logistics suite. He has also worked on Ebiz Financials and HRMS solutions from a integration prespective with SCM.

He has experience of 5+ years in Project planning, execution and monitoring and ability to support multiple simultaneous projects in a Global delivery format. He ensured robust testing strategy, test planning, test execution, and general testing cycle management for 2 major and various minor release of Oracle E-Business Suite. He is experienced in staffing, coordinating, training, mentoring and motivating resources/ team members distributed in multiple locations.He has excellent interpersonal skills in communications, client relations, and negotiation.

He is part of Process working group for defining and implementing Fusion QMS at Oracle. He earlier worked as part of process improvement initiatives like P-CMM/CMM.
